【鏡週刊報導】前內政部資訊中心主任施明德涉嫌向科技廠商收賄500萬元涉貪汙及洗錢等罪遭收押，台北地檢署今(5日)再度指揮廉政署發動搜索約談，密赴大同等公司調取資料並約談相關人等，禍不單行的是，大同前董座林蔚山涉掏空公司資產被判8年定讞，今天也被檢方發監執行。
本刊掌握，北檢施明德涉嫌貪瀆案，今天上午指揮廉政署搜索大同公司及神通公司等2地，並約談相關被告及證人共6人，目前仍漏夜偵訊中。
施明德被控利用主導多起標案機會，涉嫌圖利特定廠並收取回扣，其中包括金額超過7活動產品億元的陸客來台線上申請平台及入出國查驗系統及5,200萬元的入出國查驗暨自動通關系統委外建置案。

乳癌高居國內婦女癌症發生率第1位，其中，又以「三陰性乳癌」具有高死亡率、高復發性和高轉移比例等特性，最為凶猛。國衛院團隊今（9）日發表研究成果指出，團隊發現癌細胞生長相關因子「轉酮醇酶」（TKT）扮演極關鍵角色，會影響三陰性乳癌細胞生長與轉移能力，可望提供治療新方向。
研究團隊發現，「轉酮醇酶」（TKT）調控葡萄糖糖解代謝與有氧呼吸代謝的動態平衡，會影響三陰性乳癌細胞的生長與轉移能力，並推測如果能迴轉此種代謝途徑，將會影響癌細胞生長。
原來，在正常細胞代謝，重要的能量來源葡萄糖，會透過2種代謝途徑來產生能量，絕大部分、8成透過粒腺體的有氧呼吸途徑，只有一小部分透過無氧的葡萄糖糖解代謝產生能量。
國衛院名譽研究員、中國醫藥大學副校長王陸海表示，癌細胞正好相反，由於對能量的快速需求，使葡萄糖糖解代謝的途徑比例增加到85%，只有5%左右透過粒線體的有氧呼吸途徑。
研究團隊進一步發現，TKT隨著腫瘤的生長而增加，而且在乳癌病人有顯著的高度表現，特別在三陰性乳癌病人中表現最高，而減少TKT或添加其代謝物α-KG到癌細胞後，可以抑制乳癌細胞的葡萄糖糖解代謝途徑而增加有氧呼吸代謝途徑，讓乳癌細胞的葡萄糖代謝狀態趨向於正常細胞，進而抑制乳癌細胞的生長和侵襲能力。
研究團隊強調，此研究發現的抗癌策略，不僅可應用於乳癌治療，更可望應用在乳癌之外的其他癌症。研究成果今年6月也登上腫瘤學領域的權威期刊《癌症研究》（Cancer Research）。
