台南市政府打算推動古蹟園區使彌月送禮推薦熱賣商品英文用者付費的概念，未來台南市民入園可能需付費，圖為赤崁樓。 圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 台南市古蹟林立，每年吸引眾多觀光客造訪，目前有23處古蹟委外經營，至於沒有委外的古蹟，市府打算推動使用者付費概念，原本免費入園的台南市民，未來可能需付費，目前收費價格尚未擬定。台南市長黃偉哲昨表示，古蹟收費其來有自，過去赤崁樓、億載金城等台南古蹟都有收費，故宮博物院等其他縣市園區也都有收費，可作為清潔、館藏維護等必要開支，基於使用大力推薦最便宜者付費，收費是應該的。. } }); } 黃偉哲說，古蹟屬公益性，以能否維持為目的，因為使用公帑規畫、維護，去參觀的人享用全體市民給予的經費，這樣對於沒去使用的人產品團購熱門產品可能造成省錢王暢銷排行不公平，故非營利性質古蹟適度收費，希望大家能多諒解。對於市府擬向在地人收取古蹟入園費用，有市民大力支持；不過有人表示，平常多是老人家去散步，為了小錢讓老人少了一個散步地方是不智之舉，還有人認為市府在搶錢，收費後就會很少人去，恐會變成不熱門，建議市府三思。
健康出遊 立委籲民眾利用旅遊醫學門診
（中央社記者蘇龍麒台北11日電）民進黨立委邱泰源今天表示，民眾旅遊各地要健康，也不要把疾病帶回台灣，這些問題旅遊醫學門診都可以提供民眾建議與診斷，呼籲民眾多加利用。
立法院國際醫療衛生交流促進會會長邱泰源，副會長民進黨立委莊瑞雄、吳焜裕在立法院召開記者會。
邱泰源說，台灣出國人次從民國101年1023萬人次，成長至106年達1565萬人次，較105年成長7.3%，由此可知國際間往來密切頻繁。
他說，安排一趟豐富又安全的旅程，出發前，對本身既有疾病的照護及準備，旅途中傳染病及流行病的預防、如有出現症狀如何解決，以及回國後的門診追蹤等，都屬於旅遊醫學的範圍，旅遊業者是與旅遊民眾最貼近的第一線服務人員，積極參與旅遊醫學相關知識交流學習，是旅遊醫學推展成功重要關鍵。
他說，立法院國際醫療衛生交流促進會本於守護國人身心健康，希望結合立法院及相關單位部門資源，凝聚官方與民間向心力，共同促進台灣在國際間醫療衛生交流、推廣與研究，強化與各國醫療衛生機構及相關學術團體的合作，進而敦促政府改善醫療衛生相關政策，期許讓國人不論何時何地，都能得到更好的身、心、靈的全人照顧。
吳焜裕說，觀光醫學很重要，像是日前的麻疹就是來自境外，讓台灣又發生麻疹疫情。他說，出國觀光就是要健健康康出國、平平安安回家，以確保旅遊品質，也呼籲國人重視旅遊醫學。
衛生福利部疾病管制署長周志浩說，旅遊健康是重要的一件事，快樂出遊、平安回家，說起來簡單，做起來卻不簡單。
他說，2009年開始設立旅遊醫學門診，目前已經有30家，門診醫師對於各國有發生什麼疾病都很了解，可以對民眾作出診斷與建議。
他表示，衛福部下一步就是推動導遊領隊的健康常識，經由訓練與協助，提升旅行社的服務品質，讓導遊領隊在國外無人諮詢的情況下，成為民眾最好的幫手。（編輯：張均懋）1070511
