假觀光真賣淫 基隆警掃黃逮6泰女
基隆市「鐵支路」一帶近年來常有外籍女子假借觀光名義來台從事賣淫，警方多次前往查緝仍防不勝防，昨天再度前往取締，當場查獲6名泰國女子從事性交易，訊後依法送辦。
警方今天表示，基隆市警察局第一分局南榮路派出所與移民署基隆專勤隊接獲線報稱，指龍安街銷售排行榜省錢大作戰被稱為「鐵支路」一帶，有數名年輕女子提著行李箱出沒，為防範外籍旅客來台從事不法活動，警方昨天晚間立即聲請搜索票取締。
警方當場查獲6名泰國籍女子與2名男子從事性交易，並逮捕一名把風男子，全案警詢後依入出國移民法、社會秩序維護法及刑法妨害風化罪移送偵辦。
警方呼籲，外籍旅客莫存僥倖心態，警方會持續查緝，若與來台目的不符將遭遣返並留下相關紀錄。（中央社）
低頭族必學！2招紓緩肩頸不適
（優活健康網新聞部／綜合報導）現在人手機不離身，電腦使用的時間與頻率也相當高。然而長時間維持相同動作與姿勢時，容易造成手部麻痛等不適。一名28歲吳姓工程師，上班需長時間使用電腦，下班後用手機遊戲紓壓。長時間使用手機與電腦，慢慢出現手臂痠麻等症狀。後來至復健科就診、接受復健治療與姿勢矯正，症狀才舒緩。
縮下巴、開酒瓶 2運動減緩肩頸僵硬
現今，手機普遍，人手一機，使用的時間越來越長，使用的年紀也越來越輕。南投醫院物理治療師吳琦淵表示，若無採取最佳姿勢使用，很快就會產生頸椎不適。最常見的錯誤就是低頭使用。
低頭會造成頸椎往前位移，導致頸椎關節與椎間盤壓力變大，時間一久，壓迫神經就會有不適的症狀產生。吳琦淵物理治療師提供2個回復頸椎自然位置的方式，低頭族們可以多加練習，預防肩頸僵硬並緩解不適：
1）縮下巴／
首先採站立姿勢，背部貼牆、不駝背。接著用手指抵住下巴，讓下巴往回縮。若回復動作順利，可增加難度，將彈力小球放置於枕骨下方作為反抗力道，增加頸椎的肌力。
2）開酒瓶運動／
首先採站立姿勢，背部貼牆、不駝背。接著雙手高舉向上，再將雙手往下壓，類似紅酒開瓶器動作。若動作正確，會感覺有反作用力將頸椎往上延伸。
3C產品適度使用 避免危害身體健康
吳琦淵物理治療師提醒，除了正視姿勢正確的重要性，也呼籲應適度使用3C產品，才不會造成身體健康損害。如出現身體不適，應就醫尋求專業人員協助，避免延誤治療時機。
