台南市政府打算推動古蹟園區使彌月送禮推薦熱賣商品英文用者付費的概念，未來台南市民入園可能需付費，圖為赤崁樓。 圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 台南市古蹟林立，每年吸引眾多觀光客造訪，目前有23處古蹟委外經營，至於沒有委外的古蹟，市府打算推動使用者付費概念，原本免費入園的台南市民，未來可能需付費，目前收費價格尚未擬定。台南市長黃偉哲昨表示，古蹟收費其來有自，過去赤崁樓、億載金城等台南古蹟都有收費，故宮博物院等其他縣市園區也都有收費，可作為清潔、館藏維護等必要開支，基於使用大力推薦最便宜者付費，收費是應該的。. } }); } 黃偉哲說，古蹟屬公益性，以能否維持為目的，因為使用公帑規畫、維護，去參觀的人享用全體市民給予的經費，這樣對於沒去使用的人產品團購熱門產品可能造成省錢王暢銷排行不公平，故非營利性質古蹟適度收費，希望大家能多諒解。對於市府擬向在地人收取古蹟入園費用，有市民大力支持；不過有人表示，平常多是老人家去散步，為了小錢讓老人少了一個散步地方是不智之舉，還有人認為市府在搶錢，收費後就會很少人去，恐會變成不熱門，建議市府三思。
中信女子精英賽 陳宇茹摘冠

由中國信託商業銀行冠名贊助主辦、總獎金人民幣80萬元（約新臺幣380萬元）的「2018中國信託女子精英賽」昨圓滿落幕，來自兩岸、日本、韓國、泰國、馬來西亞、新加坡共126位高球好手，在連續3天的飆桿競技下，最後由來自台灣選手陳宇茹以低於標準桿8桿、總計208桿成績摘下后冠，贏得人民幣12萬元人民幣的冠軍獎金。
「2018中國信託女子精英賽」頒獎典禮於廣州九龍湖高爾夫球場舉行，主辦單位中國信託銀行董事陳國世親自頒發冠軍獎盃，肯定所有參賽選手全力以赴的奮戰精神，堪稱是高爾夫運動最佳代言人。
陳國世頒獎致詞亦感謝主辦單位中國高爾夫球協會以及所有協辦和贊助的團隊，共同成就這場國際級的精彩賽事。
中國信託贊助的女將石昱婷此次比賽表現不俗，以215桿並列第7名；石昱婷表示，今年球季還很長，會以最好的狀態拚戰，取得好成績，今年的首要目標是取得日巡（JLPGA）正卡資格。
此次封后的台灣選手陳宇茹在第2輪表現最佳，以低於標準桿的66桿躍居首位，保有3桿的領先優勢，最後以三回合總桿數208桿贏得勝利。
中國信託長期推展高爾夫運動，培育有潛力的高球新秀，以企業的資源和力量，扮演兩岸高球女將走向國際舞臺的推手，讓她們無後顧之憂在球場努力奮戰，進一步「堅持信仰，成就夢想」。
陳國世表示，中國信託將持續投入企業力量支持高爾夫運動，期望透過「中國信託女子精英賽」，讓兩岸高球新生代擁有更具水準的競爭舞台，同時也助於提升華人的高球實力，扶植更多具備天分的選手在世界高球舞台上發光發熱。
